City of Centerville <br />City Council Work Session & Meeting Minutes <br />March 26, 2025 <br />Mayor Golden called for individuals to speak regarding the item. No individuals desired to speak. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Kubat to close the public hearing <br />at 7:01 p.m. Roll Call: Council Members Rios, Kubat, Koski, Mosher and Mayor Golden all voted <br />in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />2.Inflow & Infiltration Program Guidelines <br /> <br />Mayor Golden opened the public hearing at 7:03 p.m. <br /> <br />Interim City Administrator reviewed the program and information contained in CouncilÓs packet. <br /> <br />Discussion was had regarding the guidelines and Council consensus was to modify the language to include <br />an acceptance period for applications between May 1 Î May 31, 2025. The purpose was to determine the <br />level of interest among residents to ensure the grant funding is utilized to the maximum capacity. After <br />this initial acceptance period, open applications would be received and evaluated as long a funding was <br />available. As funding is used, the remaining funds may be prorated on a project by project basis. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Kubat, seconded by Council Member Koski to close the public hearing <br />at 7:23 p.m. Roll Call: Council Member Rios, Kubat, Koski, Mosher and Mayor Golden all voted <br />in favor. Motion carried. <br /> <br />VI.
