The City of Centerville has a <br />unique opportunity to proactively engage with the public and stakeholders to begin guiding the next <br />chapter ofitsdowntownand surrounding area. This effort will require thoughtfuland realisticland use, <br />development, transportation, and public infrastructure visioning to develop a new plan for land uses and <br />ƚƷŷĻƩ ƦƩğĭƷźĭğƌ ƦƚƌźĭǤ ƩĻĭƚƒƒĻƓķğƷźƚƓƭ Ʒƚ źƒƦƌĻƒĻƓƷ ƷŷĻ /źƷǤ͸ƭ ǝźƭźƚƓ͵ <br />It is our goal to assist the City of Centerville in a reimagining of the Downtown areas in a manner that is <br />mindful of the present day and current goals of the City. This process should help the City address <br />longstanding questions about land use in the project area and can complement, not duplicate, efforts <br />planned forthe upcoming Imagine 2050 Comprehensive Plan update. <br />Attached you will find a proposed scope of work that we believe will assist the City in realizing its <br />ğƭƦźƩğƷźƚƓƭ ŅƚƩ ķƚǞƓƷƚǞƓ͵ tƌĻğƭĻ ķƚƓ͸Ʒ ŷĻƭźƷğƷe to reach out to us with any questions. <br />As additional service to the City, I will act as Project Manager and can be reached at 952.207.4974 or <br />mike.thompson@bolton-menk.com.
