While this type of design would appear to eliminateone totwo unitsas opposed to the <br />current layout, it would greatly improve the open areas available for sidewalks, landscaping, open space, <br />and position half of the unitsto the regional trail corridor.Perhaps an east west sidewalk could connect <br />the residential units to the trail system. <br />7 <br /> <br />
