City of Centerville <br />Work Session & City Council Meeting Minutes <br />March 26, 2026 <br />III. ADJOURNMENT <br />Mayor Golden adjourned the Work Session at 6:25 p.m. allowing for a five-minute break prior to <br />commencing the regularly scheduled Council meeting. <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Golden called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />1. Roll Call <br />PRESENT: Mayor Nancy Golden <br />Not Approved <br />Councilmember Linda Broussard Vickers (via Zoom) <br />Council Member Anita Rios <br />Junior Council Member Garrett Schneider (Non-Voting) <br />ABSENT: Council Member Russ Koski <br />STAFF: City Administrator, Athanasia Lewis <br /> City Attorney, Kurt Glaser <br /> Public Works Director, Charlie Lehn <br />City Planner, Nathan Fuerst <br />II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Golden provided an opportunity for staff and council to add or delete items. <br />Administrator Lewis noted that there are four checks to be added to the agenda, checks #38222, #38223 <br />and #38224 with voided check #38169. <br />Motion by Council Member Rios, seconded by Council Member Broussard Vickers, to Approve the <br />Set Agenda as Amended. Roll Call: Mayor Golden, Council Members Broussard Vickers, and Rios <br />in favor. Motion carried. <br />IV. APPOINTMENTS & PRESENTATIONS <br />1. Downtown Vision Study – City Planner, Nathan Fuerst <br />City Planner Fuerst provided an update on the Downtown Vision Study. City Planner Fuerst introduced <br />Mr. Cody Flannery, Urban Planner, Bolton & Menk. City Planner Fuerst reviewed the presentation <br />contained in council’s packet and reviewed survey responses. City Planner Fuerst stated that the master <br />plan was referenced in the zoning code and the challenge that it creates is the projects have to be consistent <br />Page 2 of 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
