<br />City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />October 25, 2006 <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained that Outlot E taxes for the second half of 2006 were <br />unpaid by the Developer and they feel that it is the City's responsibility due to the timing <br />of the conveyance. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra indicated she is fine with the $750 and questioned whether the trail would <br />be paved prior to snowfall. <br />Mr. Runkle indicated that it would. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Terway. seconded by Council Member Lakso. to reduce <br />the retainai!e to $350.000. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso. seconded by Council Member Terway. to <br />approve payment of the $750.00 for taxes for Outlot 3. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimouslv. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Terwav. seconded by Council Member Lakso. to <br />approve the $12.991.30 over sizini! credit. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />2. Resolution #06-046. Establishing EDA <br /> <br />Council requested that the alternative language be used. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso. seconded by Council Member Terway. to <br />approve Resolution #06-046. Establishini! an Economic Development Committee <br />lEDA). All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />3. Granting Easement to Rice Creek Watershed District & Approving the Presented <br />MN Wetland Conservation Act Forms Associated with the Backage Road & 21st <br />Avenue Utility and Street Improvement Protect <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained that these documents were related to the wetland <br />mitigation associated with the area where the wetlands were filled on the north side of the <br />road. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Terway. seconded by Council Member Lakso. to <br />authorize i!rantini! an easement to Rice Creek Watershed District & Approvini! the <br />Presented MN Wetland Conservation Act Forms associated with the Backai!e Road <br />& 21st Avenue Utility and Street Improvement Proiect. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />4.
