<br />Ms. Bender indicated the letter says that Centerville and Circle Pines would share in the <br />amount. Council Member Broussard Vickers noted that the letter said that Lexington <br />would reconsider contributing if they were to get more officers. <br /> <br />4. Sheehy Property (update) <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Capra. seconded by Council Member Nelson to table <br />the Sheehy Property matter and the Cedar Street matter. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />5. Cedar Street Park Property (Update) <br /> <br />This matter was tabled. <br /> <br />6. Baron and Moreland Properties (Update) <br /> <br />City Attorney Hoeft noted that the last conversation he had with Ms. Baron was strained <br />at best and said that Ms. Baron had said her attorney would contact him. He then <br />indicated that no attorney has contacted him and said that there was a court date coming <br />up. <br /> <br />City Attorney Hoeft indicated that the Morelands did not attend the court hearing as was <br />required. He then indicated that the City has the option to file a.~al complaint or <br />dismiss the matter. He further indicated that the formal compla~s signed <br />approximately two weeks ago and he is awaiting a court date. <br /> <br />7. Turcotte Property (Update) <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg reported that someone had offered to buy the house for a dollar. <br /> <br />Ms. Bender suggested holding out for more offers. <br /> <br />Council Member Travis indicated he thinks there is a value for the house of more than a <br />dollar and suggested waiting a couple of weeks to see if any more offers come in. <br /> <br />8. Laurie LaMotte Park Improvements Pay Estimate (tabled from previous meeting) <br /> <br />City Engineer Peterson noted the pay estimate submitted was for the 150 yards as the <br />City will negotiate the price for the other 100 yards. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers asked if the City is paying $100 per yard. City <br />Engineer Peterson indicated the City is paying $100 per yard for 150 yards as there is no <br />option to negotiate anything under 150 yards. <br /> <br />Page 10 of 18 <br />
