S 205.185, subd. <br /> 3 <br />Nov. 13 Last day after municipal election for candidate or Minn. Stat. <br /> treasurer of a committee to promote or defeat ballot S 211A.05, subd. <br /> question to certify to filing officer (clerk) that all required 1 <br /> reports have been submitted, or that candidate or <br /> committee has not received contributions or made <br /> disbursements exceeding $750. If no report filed, filing <br /> officer must notify county attorney. <br />Nov. 13- Last day to contest Nov. 6 election or to request recount Minn. Stat. <br />Nov. 20 within seven days of canvass. Date depends on date of SS 209.021, <br /> canvass. If contest is based on violation of financial subd. 1; <br /> disclosure law, contest must begin within 10 days after 204C.36; <br /> financial report is filed. <br />Nov. 13- After time for contest or recount is passed, clerk issues Minn. Stat. <br />Nov. 21 election certificates to winners and certifies results to SS 205.185, <br /> county auditor. Date depends on date of canvass. subd. 3; <br /> Clerk who issues certificate to candidate with receipts 211 A.05, subd. 1 <br /> or disbursements over $750, who has not certified that <br /> all financial reports have been filed, is guilty of a <br /> misdemeanor. <br />Nov. 15 Last day in 2001 a property owner may opt to prepay Minn. Stat. <br /> entire amount of remaining special assessment due to S 429.061, subd. <br /> the city treasurer, with interest accrued to Dec. 31,2001. 3 <br />Nov. 16 LMC Policy Adoption Conference <br />After Winners in statutory city election qualify by taking oath. Minn. Stat. <br />receiving Elected clerks and treasurers in standard plan statutory S 412.02, subd. 2 <br />certificates of cities qualify by filing bond.
