The additional cost includes the extension of the storm sewer as well as over- sizing the pipes downstream and increasing the size of the pond. Right-of-Way and Easements The roadway improvements along the 21 st Avenue corridor are to be located within the 80' wide right-of-way, of which 40' is located in the City of Centerville and 40' in the City of Lino Lakes. The roadway improvements along Northern Lights Boulevard are to be located within the 60' wide right-ot-way. The southern portion ot the storm sewer will be need to be in an easement that the City of Centerville will obtain. Permits Permits will be required from governmental agencies as follows: Construction Activity within the CSAH 14 (Main Street) Right-of- Way Anoka County Roadway and Utility Construction Rice Creek Watershed District Financing A copy of the Joint Powers Agreement for the construction of the street and storm sewer is included in the Appendix of this report. This document indicates these costs will be shared equally by the Cities of Centerville and Lino Lakes. The City of Lino Lakes runoff contribution to the storm sewer system is larger than that of the City of Centerville.
