<br />ORDINANCE #53 <br />page three <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />40.01 <br /> <br />Application for such license shall be made to <br />the City Clerk on a form supplied by the <br />City. The application shall state: <br /> <br />(1) The name and address of the applicant and of all <br />persons associated with the applicant in <br />applicant's business; <br />(2) The type of business for which the license is <br />desired; <br />(3) The place where the business is to be carried on; <br />(4) A diagram of the physical location of business, <br />signage and off street parking; <br />(5) The length of time for which the license is <br />desired; <br />(6) A general description of the thing or things to be <br />sold; <br />(7) The places of residence of the applicant for the <br />five (5) years preceding the date of application. <br />Blank applications shall be issued on payment of <br />five dollar ($5.00) which amount shall be credited <br />on the license fee if the license is granted. <br /> <br />Section 4D.02 Requirements. <br /> <br />40.02-1 <br /> <br />40.02-2 <br /> <br />40.02-3 <br /> <br />40.02-4 <br /> <br />40.02-5 <br /> <br />Fees for licenses shall be determined by City <br />Council by resolution. <br /> <br />Written permission of the property owner if <br />selling on someone else's property. <br /> <br />Applicant must comply <br />32.03-5 regarding the <br />signs. <br /> <br />to Ordinance #4, Section <br />placement of temporary <br /> <br />The transient sales shall meet all standards as <br />defined in Section 20.01. Restrictions and <br />conditions other than those listed under Section <br />20.01 may be added to the Permit at the discretion <br />of the Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />The Clerk/Administrator shall order the issuance- <br />of such permit only if it finds that such use at <br />the proposed location will be consistent with the <br />general and applicable specific objectives of this <br />ordinance, will be harmonious and appropriate in <br />the area, will not be hazardous or disturbing to <br />neighboring uses, will not result in traffic <br />congestion, and will not create excessive <br />additional public expense. <br />
