NCSS has provided this service at City Council and various <br />Commission meetings and has always been prompt both in attending the meetings and <br />preparing the minutes. <br /> <br />The City has been pleased with the service and quality of work we've received from NCSS <br />and appreciate how willing they are to accommodate the short notices we always gave <br />them. <br /> <br />I strongly recommend NCSS to any prospective clients.
