<br />c. Resulting from court orders or the adjustment of a lot line by the <br />relocation of a common boundary. The purpose or the activity for <br />which the land or building thereon is designed, arranged, or intended <br /> <br />Subd.146. Townhouse. Attached dwelling units of three or more, each with separate <br />means of access which are not a condominium. <br /> <br />Subd.147. Travel Trailers. A mobile vehicle with wheels, designed for overnight <br />living or camping purposes, capable of being towed by a motor vehicle. <br /> <br />Subd. 148. Use. The purpose or activity for which land or a building is designed or <br />intended, or for which it is occupied or maintained. <br /> <br />Subd. 149. Usable Open Space. A ground area on a lot, which is graded, developed, <br />landscaped or equipped or intended and maintained for recreation or <br />leisure, available to and usable by persons occupying a dwelling unit and <br />their guests. <br /> <br />Subd. 150. Variance. A modification of the literal provisions of the Zoning <br />Ordinance in instances where their strict enforcement would cause undue <br />hardship to the property owner because of circwnstances unique to the <br />property under consideration. <br /> <br />Subd. 151. Vehicle. A car, van, truck, motorcycle, snowmobile, motor home, camper, <br />trailer, boat or similar item licensed by the State of Minnesota and as <br />defmed in Minn. Stat. 169.01, Sub. 1, for use on roadways or waterways, <br />excluding bicycles. <br /> <br />Subd. 152. Vehicle. Abandoned. Any vehicle as defined in this Section, which does <br />not have lawfully affixed or attached thereto an unexpired state <br />registration or license plate or plates, or the condition of which is wrecked, <br />dismantled, partially dismantled, inoperative, abandoned or discarded. <br /> <br />Subd. 153. Wall. Retaining. A structure that is erected as a permanent barrier, affixed- <br />along its entire length to the ground or some other immovable structure to <br />impede the movement or the erosion of soil. <br /> <br />Subd. 154. Water-Oriented Accessory Structure or Facility. A small, above-ground <br />structures or other improvements except stairways, fences, docks and <br />retaining walls, which because of the relationship of its use to a surface <br />water feature, reasonably needs to be located closed to public waters than <br />the normal structure setback. Examples of such structures and facilities <br />include boathouse, gazebos, screen houses, fish houses, pump houses and <br />detached docks. <br /> <br />17 <br />
