He stated that these non-native fish are showing up in rivers and <br />could destroy native species. He recommended that a non-native invasive species <br />comment be added for plants, animals, and fish. <br /> <br />city i\dministrator Larson replied that this is covered under the nuisance section for <br />noxious weeds. He commented that enforcement is difficult. <br /> <br />Commissioner Fehrenbacher stated that the DNR has specific rules on non-native fish; <br />therefore, there is no need for the City to add additional restrictions. <br /> <br />city Administrator Larson stated that the utility staging section requires rewriting. He <br />commented the entire City is part of the Metro sewer. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard questioned whether a Comprehensive Plan amendment was <br />written to change Centetville staging to match the Metro. <br /> <br />City i\dmjni$batof Larson replied that he would check and stated that it might have been <br />added when the rezoning was accomplished. <br /> <br />Page 3 of 6 <br />
