City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />November 14, 2007 <br />City Administrator Larson replied that the tanks were removed and the site (Block 5) was <br />examined by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Broussard, to close <br />the Public Hearing on the Downtown Environmental Assessment Worksheet at 6:50 <br />p.m. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />IV. APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br /> <br />1.October 24, 2007 City Council Work Session Minutes (1) <br /> <br /> <br />2.October 24, 2007 City Council Work Session Minutes (2) <br /> <br />City Engineer Statz requested that Item C, page 2 of 5, state, “Consensus reached that by <br />virtue of the Rice Creek Watershed, the City is “ultimately” responsible for the rain <br />gardens and therefore, the rain gardens should be established within City easements <br />“where possible.” <br /> <br />Remove the motion to adjourn. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Broussard to <br />approve the October 24, 2007 City Council Work Session Minutes parts one and <br />two as amended. All in favor.
