The gravity sewer line along Main Street may
be too shallow to run a line down 20th Avenue. However, the Metropolitan Council may
consider putting the pipe deeper in the ground if the cities work with them. Mr. Nyberg noted
Gerald Rehbine has petitioned the City for improvements. However, due to delays Mr. Rehbine
may be prepared to independently finance the project for improvements. Mr. Nyberg suggested
scheduling a workshop with Mr. Rehbine to discuss the proposed improvements along 20th
Avenue.

Mayor Wilharber voiced interest in pursuing the defined improvements, but suggested waiting to
hear comments from both the Metropolitan Council and the City ofLino Lakes.

3
