<br />J <br /> <br />Mr. Stenborg for his time. <br /> <br />Lakeland Circle Parking - Bart Rehbein (1669 Lakeland Circle) <br />Mayor Wilharber read aloud a letter sent by Mr. Tim & Kirsten Hawkes (1664 Lakeland Circle). (Please <br />see attached). Mr. Rehbein explained that the Lakeland Circle residents would like to ban parking on <br />both sides of Lakeland Circle due to the baseball game/practice parking. <br /> <br />Mr. Mike McCourtney (1678 Lakeland Circle) stated that since the parking is allowed on one side of the <br />street, the parking concern is extended to the other side. <br /> <br />A gentleman at 1669 Lakeland Circle commented that children have to be monitored more closely with <br />authorized parking on both sides of the street and he appreciates living in this city. <br /> <br />Ms. Heather Carciofini (1652 Lakeland Circle) requested the Council to eliminate access to the park <br />from Lakeland Circle. <br /> <br />Ms. Mary Jo Pennig (1655 Lakeland Circle) said that residents are experiencing too much traffic and it is <br /> <br />. . <br />an mconvemence. <br /> <br />Mr. Ken Deckman (1665 Lakeland Circle) said the number of cars and traffic needs to be cut back. <br /> <br />Chief Heckman agreed, there is a parking concern on Lakeland Circle. However, eliminating parking <br />may not be the solution. Mr. Deckman asked who grants authority to the Little League to play at the <br />elementary school. Ms. Kathy Millington suggested talking to the Little League recreation coordinator <br />regarding this issue. Mr. March spoke to the Little League President and he did not feel there is a <br />problem with parents parking on public streets. <br /> <br />Ms. Carciofini suggested persons use the free parking provided. <br /> <br />Centerville Elementary School Sign Variance <br />Ms. Pam Rennekar (Centerville Elementary School Representative) approached the Council and <br />requested a variance to install a 5' X 10' school sign in the parking lot. <br /> <br />IV.
