Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS <br /> <br />Animal Ordinance <br />Mayor Wilharber addressed a compliant the City received regarding "Cats at large." <br />Ms. Essex (7333 Old Mill Road) recommended the Council place "cat" in the Ordinance every place <br />dog is found. The Council discussed licensing cats, and its consensus was to table the issues in order to <br />allow staff and legal council to review the issues. <br /> <br />UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />Water Interconnect <br />Mr. Fred Stenborg (Bonestroo Engineer) was present to discuss Phase II Water/Sewer rate analysis to <br />the Council. Mr. Stenborg explained the bid location to be on the City Hall property with an alternate on <br />Mill Road. The water interconnect next stage to completion is to draft plans and specifications. Based <br />on the information presented the following action was taken. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Sweeney. seconded by Councilmember Brenner to continue in the <br />process. Motion carry unanimously. <br /> <br />:Motion by Councilmember Brenner. seconded by Councilmember Sweeney to approve lVlr. <br />Peterson to Droceed as noted in letter dated June 3. 1999. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Alexandra House Donation <br />The Council discussed donating $3000 to the Alexandra House to assist in providing protection to <br />Centerville abused victims. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Brenner. seconded by Councilmember Nelson to contribute $3.000 <br />toward Alexandra House.
