Mr. Peterson explained soil tests will be <br />required at City Hall. <br /> <br />Councilmember Nelson suggested discussing a watertower and Public Works site at a workshop. <br />The Council established Tuesday, June 29,1999 at 6:00 P.M. as a workshop date to discuss <br />watertower issues and Public Works site. <br /> <br />Street Parking Lakeland Circle <br />Councilmember Nelson spoke to Chief Heckman about issuing parking permits and too many permits <br />being issued causing difficulties in enforcing the ordinance. <br /> <br />Councilmember Sweeney was disappointed to discover the Little League President took the position <br />that parking is fine since it was a public street. Mayor Wilharber explained the path was provided to <br />eliminate children from walking onto Main Street to access the school. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Variance request - Mr. David Killian <br />Councilmember Nelson confirmed the variance request was exclusively for a ADA ramp to the front <br />door. Mr. Killian was present to answer questions. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Brenner. seconded Councilmember Nelson for 1695 Sorel to convert an <br />existing porch to a ADA ramp.
