Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Resolution #96-39 adopting assessment role - <br />MOTION by Helmbrecht, seconded by Brenner to approve resolution #96-39. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Brenner reported the EDC suggested having a sign-up log for organizations wishing to put <br />a message on the city sign. Mary Capra put together a sample sign up log for staff to <br />review. <br /> <br />Brenner reported, EDC is also exploring the idea to have a Welcome Wagon for new <br />Centerville residents. <br /> <br />BUSINESS PERSON AND CITIZEN OF THE YEAR <br />Brenner reported Dan Tourville will receive the Citizen of the Year, and Business Person <br />of the Year is Dick Hubers. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. Resolution #96-37 providing support to "creating community" <br />2. Resolution #96-38 defining expenditures for the City Holiday Party. <br />3. EDC Business/Citizen of the year awards <br /> <br />MOTION by Buckbee, seconded by Helmbrecht to approve the consent agenda.
