<br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />DECEMBER 18, 1996 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Centerville held a <br />regular council meeting on December 18, 1996, at the City Hall. Mayor Tom Wilharber <br />called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Tom Wilharber <br />Sanna Buckbee <br /> <br />MaryJo Helmbrecht <br />Theresa Brenner <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Laura Powers-Rasmussen <br /> <br />STAFF/CONSULTANTS: Ry-Chel Gaustad <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> <br />November 13, 1996 Minutes - <br />MOTION by Helmbrecht, seconded by Brenner to approve the November 13, 1996 <br />minutes. Buckbee yes, Brenner yes, Helmbrecht yes, Wilharber abstained. <br /> <br />November 26, 1996 Minutes - <br />MOTION by Brenner, seconded by Helmbrecht to approve the November 26, minutes <br />with corrections. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />PAYMENT OF CLAIMS: <br /> <br />City of Centerville - December 12 - 18th <br />MOTION by Brenner, seconded by Helmbrecht to approve the disbursements from <br />December 12 through 18th. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Pay Estimate #2, Willow Glen - Wilharber proposed pay estimate #2 for Willow Glen <br />requesting $49,070.31 be paid. <br /> <br />MOTION by Buckbee, seconded by Helmbrecht, to approve pay estimate #2 for Willow <br />Glen in the amount of$49,070.31, under direction of David Nyberg. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />a Pay Estimate #3, Eagle Pass - Wilharber reviewed pay estimate #3 for Eagle Pass. <br />
