<br />City Council Meeting December 18, 1996 <br /> <br />Wilharber reported the police department has had several snowmobile thefts. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATOR REPORTS: <br />Gaustad confirmed the Clerk! Administrator review with Jim Brimeyer is scheduled for <br />Wednesday, January 8, at 3:00 p.m. Further, the public hearing for the comprehensive <br />plan is scheduled for Wednesday, January 8, at 6:00 p.m. Finally, Senior Housing <br />Workshop is scheduled for Wednesday, January 15, at 5:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Gaustad indicated Monday, January 6, is the newsletter deadline. Brenner suggested <br />including the 1997 budget. <br /> <br />Wilharber mentioned the city is scheduled to close on the Central Park property on Friday, <br />December 20th. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA: <br /> <br />Resolution Adopting 1996 Tax Levy, Collectible in 1997 - <br /> <br />MOTION by Brenner, seconded by Helmbrecht to approve the Consent Agenda. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Wilharber requested the council have 1997 goals and objectives prepared for the next <br />council meeting. Wilharber passed out the 1996 appointment list and asked if the council <br />would come prepared to address the 1997 appointments. <br /> <br />ADJOURN: <br /> <br />MOTION by Buckbee, seconded by Brenner to adjourn the December 18, 1996 council <br />meeting.
