APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: February 4, Surface Water Management Plan Workshop Minutes - MOTION by Councilmember Brenner, seconded by Councilmember Buckbee to approve the February 4, workshop meeting minutes. Mayor Wilharber yes, Councilmember Powers- Rasmussen yes, Councilmember Brenner yes, Councilmember Buckbee yes, Councilmember Helmbrecht abstained. ~ March 26,1997 Minutes- MOTION by Councilmember Helmbrecht, seconded by Councilmember Brenner to approve the Council meeting minutes of March 26, 1997. Motion carried. PAYMENT OF CLAIMS: The City of Centerville - March 26 - 31 MOTION by Councilmember Buckbee, seconded by Councilmember Helmbrecht to approve the receipts and disbursements from March 26 - 31. Motion carried. The City of Centerville - April 1 - 9 Councilmember Helmbrecht questioned the Elementary School S.A.c. fee. Mr. March commented he would check on the issue. PETITIONS AND COMPLAINTS: APPEARANCES: Mayor Wilharber introduced Randy Hagerty, City Recycling Coordinator. Mr. Hagerty discussed the events of "Garage Sale Days" being held on May 16 & 17th. Mr. Hagerty requested approval to have a small car show, musical entertainment and possibly a silent auction at the City Hall parking lot. Mr. Hagerty consulted with Fire Chief Milo Bennett.
