Motion carried. <br /> <br />Lifetime Achievement Award - <br />MOTION by Councilmember Powers-Rasmussen, seconded by Councilmember Helmbrecht to <br />appoint Councilmember Brenner as EDC Lifetime Achievement Award Liaison. Mayor Wilharber <br />yes, Councilmember Helmbrecht yes, Councilmember Powers-Rasmussen yes, Councilmember <br />Brenner abstained. <br /> <br />1997 Seal Coat Program - <br />Mr. Nyberg explained MSA could do a Seal Coat Plan for the City. <br /> <br />MOTION by Councilmember Helmbrecht, seconded by Councilmember Brenner approving MSA <br />to do a job specification letter not to exceed $1,400 for a City Seal Coat Plan. In addition, <br />approving staff to work with the City Engineer to plan a proposal to ensure the city can receive a <br />better price on larger jobs than on smaller jobs. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Water Interconnect - <br />A copy of the Surface Water Management Plan was distributed by Mr. Nyberg. <br />Mr. Nyberg presented his draft of the Surface Water Management Plan and storm water utility <br />fees. The Council elected to have a workshop on March 19, 1997,6:00 P.M. to discuss <br />1) SWMP <br />2) Peltier Lake Drive Information Meeting <br />3) Interconnect <br />4) Other city business <br /> <br />The Council plans to meet with the City ofLino Lakes to discuss the interconnect. <br /> <br />Letter - Dean Johnson - <br />Councilmember Helmbrecht agreed with Mr. March.
