Buckbee aye, Brenner <br />aye, Helmbrecht aye, Powers abstained. <br /> <br />Councilmember Powers left the Council Chambers at 8: 18 p.m. <br /> <br />Mr. Nyberg stated, he was disappointed to see the Council looking at other engineering firms. <br />However, he likes the new formula and ideas the Council suggested, such as the "week in <br />review." Mr. Nyberg stated, hopefully in evaluating him over the next three months the Council <br />will be confident to continue using H.R. Green as the City's consulting engineer firm. Again, Mr. <br />Nyberg thanked the Council for an opportunity to work with the Council, the Staff and the <br />Community as he has enjoyed working in Centerville. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Consider Transfer and approval of Liquor License for Waterworks <br />Ms. Gaustad reported Mr. Ken Sorenson assigned Waterworks Beach Club to Mr. Richard <br />DeFoe.
