Cigarette license <br />motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by L'Allier, second by Murray to approve applications <br />for the House of Chu: <br />1. On Sale Non-Intoxicating Liquor <br />2. Cigarette license <br />motion carried. <br /> <br />Motion by L'Allier, second by Laska to approve applications <br />for Tripple's Market Place, as follows: <br />1. Off-Sale Non-Intoxicating liquor <br />2. Cigarette license <br />motion carried. <br /> <br />Torn Dario appeared before council with question concerning <br />setback on lot between 1567 and 1581 Peltier Lake Drive. <br /> <br />Building Official Gunnar ~ettersen was in attendance and <br />questioned by council on inspection procedures in Centerville. <br />Clerk will furnish Building Official and prospective building <br />permit application holders with list of licensed contractors <br />in Centerville. <br /> <br />Messrs. Laska and L'Allier reported on contact with Hal Leibel <br />and Jerry Sundberg concerning the storing of Studebaker fire <br />truck for winter. Fire Chief not in favor of moving truck <br />from city premises. Daska will contact Michael Peloquin <br />about storing snow plow truck in a shed on his property and <br />report back at next meeting. <br /> <br />Mr. Gerald Grundhofer appeared before council concerning his <br />request for a license to build and operate an off-sale liquor <br />store. Motion by L'Allier, assuming all building requirements <br />meet city ordinances in the future to accept a license application <br />for an off-sale liquor store, motion died for lack of second. <br />
