<br />61.13. HALF STREET: A street divided longitudinally by a <br />property line. <br /> <br />61.14. LAND SURV~YOR: A registered land surveyor capable of <br />preparing engineering plans for land subdivision plats. <br /> <br />61.15. LOT: A portion of a subdivision, or other parcel of <br />land intended as a unit for transfer of ownership <br />or for development capable of being occupied by one <br />or more structures. <br /> <br />61.16. LOT D~PTH: The mean horizontal distance between the <br />front and rear lines of a lot. <br /> <br />61.17. LOT DOUBL~ FRONTAGn: A lot, the generally opposite <br />ends of which both abut on streets. <br /> <br />61.18. LOT WIDTH: The mean width measured at right angles <br />to the depth. <br /> <br />61.19. NATURAL WATnRWAY: Any natural passageway in the <br />surface of the earth so situated and having such a <br />topographical nature that surface water flows through <br />it from other areas before reaching a final ponding <br />area. The term also means to include any and all <br />drainage structures that have been constructed or <br />placed for the purpose of conducting water from one <br />place to another. <br /> <br />61.20. OWN~R: The person having legal title, his duly <br />authorized agent or attorney in fact, a purchaser, <br />devisee, fiduciary and a person having a vested <br />interest in the property in question. <br /> <br />61.21. P~D~STRIAN WAY: A public or private right-of-way <br />across a block or providing access within a block, <br />to be used by pedestrians and for the installation <br />of utility lines. <br /> <br />61.22. PLAT: A map or chart indicating the subdivision or <br />re-subdivisions of land, intended to be filed for record. <br /> <br />61.23. RIRHT-OF-WAY: The land covered by a public road or <br />other land dedicated for public use or for certain <br />private use of such as land over which a power line <br />passes. <br /> <br />61.24.
