He noted that the areas in the <br />project have been seeded, but that there has been no mulching. <br /> <br />council member Peterson expressed concern about the new overlay on <br />Brian Drive, that it may be one fourth inch higher than <br />specifications allow. <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Neumann to table discussion of <br />final approval of Hardwood Pond Estates I development until the <br />December 13, 1989 city council meeting to review further the <br />concern that sections of Brian Drive may be one fourth inch higher <br />than specifications allow, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Hardwood Pond Estates II proposal. <br /> <br />It appeared that it was the consensus of the city council that <br />there may be no reason for a public hearing on a preliminary plat <br />for the Hardwood Pond Estates II proposal. However, Gerald <br />Rehbein, developer, must put in an application and appropriate <br />paperwork for consideration of preliminary plat approval by the <br />city Council. <br /> <br />1989 street Maintenance Update. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, second by Peterson to direct the <br />Clerk/Administrator to work with Maier, stewart and Associates to <br />draft a letter to the Anoka County Highway Department explaining <br />the problems and concerns of the overlay connected with the 1989 <br />street Maintenance Project; the city requests a copy of the plans <br /> <br />and specifications put out by the County for the project: motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />County Road 14 Improvement. <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Neumann to accept the requested <br />draft of a letter to Margaret Langfeld, Anoka County commissioner, <br />regarding County Road 14 improvement with: <br /> <br />the addition of a possibility of a bridge between <br />centerville Lake and Peltier Lake, <br /> <br />and to amend page two, paragraph four which now reads: <br /> <br />tI...while we understand that there are many issues <br />yet to be developed..." <br /> <br />amend to read: "...while we understand that there <br />are many issues to be addressed..."; <br />
