MY otion b Neumann, second by Peterson to direct the Clerk Administrator to work with Maier, Stewart and Associates to dra ft a letter to the Anoka County Highway Department explaining the problems and concerns of the overlay connected with the 1989 Street Maintenance Project; the City requests a copy of the plans d specifications i f i c at i ons put out by the County for the project ; motion an p carried unanimously. Motion by g Bur stahler, second by Neumann to accept the requested draft of a letter to Margaret Langf eld , Anoka County commissioner, regarding County Road 14 improvement with: - the addition of a possibility of a bridge between Centerville Lake and Peltier Lake, 0- and to amend page two, paragraph four which now reads: "...while we understand that there are many issues yet to be developed..." amend to read: "...while we understand that there are many issues to be addressed...';
