<br />Meeting Minutes -CC <br />November 20, 1989 <br />Page Ten <br /> <br />the letter shall be sent to Commissioner Langfeld, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Master Plans Update. <br /> <br />Motion by Haberman, second by Pelton to table discussion of the <br />Sewer and Water Master Plan Update to be discussed at the December <br />13, 1989 city council meeting, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Storm Water Master Plan. <br /> <br />Maier, Stewart and Associates presented a letter to the ci ty <br />Council dated November 17, 1989 which addressed the scope of the <br />study for the Centerville storm Drainage Master Plan as per Steve <br />Woods, consulting engineer for the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br /> <br />Motion by Haberman, second by Burgstahler that per the <br />recommendation of the city Engineer, Maier, stewart and Associates, <br />are directed to accomplish tasks #1 through #5 as described in <br />their original scoping letter of September 25, 1989: they will <br />further be directed to accomplish tasks #6 and #8 of the September <br />25, 1989 storm Drainage Master Plan letter, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />A copy of the september 25, 1989 Maier, stewart letter regarding <br />storm Drainage Master Plan, the November 16, 1989 Rice Creek <br />Watershed District response letter regarding Centerville storm <br />Drainage Master Plan, and the November 17, 1989 letter from Maier, <br />stewart and Associates regarding storm Drainage Master Plan are <br />attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br /> <br />Residential Development Guide. <br />It appeared that it was the consensus of the City Council that <br /> <br />there were no comments at this time with regard to the proposed <br />Residential Development Guide. The City council will continue to <br />discuss the proposed guide at future meetings. <br /> <br />Ordinance #4 Proposed Amendment/Street Lights. <br /> <br />The Clerk/Administrator advised that she spoke to representatives <br />of the City of Woodbury and that they are considering the City <br />standards of moving the street lights behind the city sidewalks. <br />It appeared the consensus of the City council was to request that <br />staff redraft the proposed amendment to Ordinance #4 with regard <br />to street lights so that the placement of the lights would be <br />directly inside the sidewalk. <br />
