<br />~~~,~- <br /> <br />CC Meeting Minutes <br />september 27, 1989 <br />Page Three <br /> <br />Appearance of Gerald Rehbein, developer, to discuss the Hardwood <br />Pond Estates development punch list dated September 19, 1989. <br /> <br />The City council advised Mr. Rehbein the punch list completion date <br />was extended by a motion earlier this evening until November I, <br />1989. <br /> <br />Mr. Rehbein agreed to cut and patch the street in the Hardwood Pond <br />Estates development according to the City Engineer's <br />specifications. He requested being able to overlay the first 300 <br />feet of Brian Drive to correct the crown which is presently below <br />standards. He will first mill along the curbs and then use a <br />modified mix for the overlay feathering the edges. He would then <br />also agree to install the concrete sidewalk when the City sidewalk <br />standards are set. <br /> <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Neumann to amend the earlier <br />motion made extending the date for completion of the Hardwood Pond <br />Estates punch list; to allow Gerald Rehbein, developer of Hardwood <br />Pond Estates, to overlay the first 300 feet of Brian Drive to <br />correct items 1 A & B on the September 19, 1989 punch list; and <br />make any other changes subject to the agreement of the Ci ty <br />Engineer wi th the understanding that Mr. Rehbein, developer of <br />Hardwood Pond Estates, will install a concrete sidewalk in the <br />Hardwood Pond Estates development according to City specifications <br />to be agreed upon at a later date, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, to escrow money with the City for re-seeding of <br />the area along County Road 14 at Brian Drive in the Spring time. <br /> <br />Mr. Rehbein noted that he would be working with Anoka County on <br />the seeding requirements as well as discussing with them the <br />drainage along that ditch area. <br /> <br />Motion withdrawn. <br /> <br />The City council will review the roads to be built to the north of <br />the existing Brian Drive in the Hardwood Pond Estates development <br />at the October 11, 1989 City council Meeting. <br /> <br />Discussion of the Municipal Facility. Council member Pelton has <br />received examples of Request For Proposals from other ci ties. <br />Copies will be made for the other Council members. This item will <br />be discussed at the October 11 City council meeting. <br /> <br />Discussion of the Centennial Fire Commission response to the split <br />cost of roof repair to the old county building. A copy of the <br />letter dated September 19, 1989 is on file with the <br />Clerk/Administrator.
