Discussion of Cellular I Tower wi th regard to the concern that there may be scaffolding on the tower that was not called for in the original Special Use Permit agreement between the City and MeI. John stewart, City Engineer, advised that they have discussed the situation with Mr. B. Richard Waite, Project Manager for Ellerbe who were the engineers involved in the original project construction. stewart advised that it is the opinion of Maier, stewart & Associates that the Cellular I Tower is supporting antennae loadings only and that there is not any scaffolding left behind originating from the construction phase. It was suggested that the city take photographs of the Cellular I Tower as is_ It was noted by Mr. waite of Ellerbe that what was located on the Cellular I Tower located in Centerville was not inconsistent with what was originally agreed upon. Motion by Haberman, second by Peterson that no additions unless approved by the City Council by special use permit will be allowed on the current Cellular I Tower in Centerville and that Centerville would appreciate that scaffolding type structure at the top of the tower be painted to match the tower; photographs will be taken of the Cellular I Tower and copies sent with a letter to Cellular I advising them of this City council action, motion carried unanimously. Mayor Haberman reminded stewart of possible "walkway" and "bus loading zone" signing along Progress Road. council member Pelton suggested that the Public Works Director be reminded to coordinate wi th the County regarding sidewalk snow removal for the 1989 winter. The property owner at 7167 Mill Road has advised that he would like to widen the culvert at the end of his driveway and requests City permission to do so. Motion by Burgstahler, second by Peterson to give authority to the Public Works Director to approve such culvert widenings or extensions at the end of driveways until such time the City has set a standard for said requests, motion carried unanimously. It was noted that the Publig Works Director will take into account the drainage of the area with regard to other propert~f.
