Each request would be reviewed individually. <br /> <br />1969 Main street <br />John stewart, City Engineer, advised the City council that the <br />property owner at 1969 Main street has expressed concern with <br />regard to run off from the Hardwood Pond Estates I development <br />settling on their property. Mr. stewart advised that Maier, <br />stewart and Associates is speaking both to Anoka County and to <br />Gerald Rehbein, developer of Hardwood Pond Estates, to try to <br />facilitate correction of any drainage problems which may be <br />experienced by the property owner. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />Golden Meadows <br />Motion by Burgstahler, second by Haberman to request Maier, stewart <br />and Associates to prepare a feasibility study for the proposed <br />Golden Meadows town home project as per the recommendation of the <br />Planning and Zoning commission; contingent upon receipt of proper <br />escrow from Gerald Rehbein, the developer; motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Hardwood Pond Estates Drainage Concerns <br />Kent Roessler, President of Kenco Construction, was present to <br />address the drainage concerns in the Hardwood Pond Estates I <br />development. <br />-Gerald Rehbein developer has taken care of regrading some of <br />the drainage easement. <br />-The gist of the letter received by Kenco Construction from <br />the City appears to be a request for Kenco to regrade and <br />resod the drainage areas. <br />-The builder. guarantee of final grade of the lot is to take <br />a bobcat to level out the lot slopes to the exterior <br />perimeter of the lots so that the homes will not have wet <br />basements. <br />-The drainage easements in the Hardwood Pond Estates I <br />development have slight depressions for which the <br />homeowner is responsible. <br />-He believes that most of the homeowners have received dirt <br />to help correct the problem and that he would be glad to <br />meet with the homeowner/developer to help them know what <br />it is they should be doing to correct the depressions in <br />the drainage easements on their lots. <br />-The drainage easements are graded to industry standards. <br />-He apologizes for not being at previous meetings, but is here <br />now and offers black dirt to the homeowners which need <br />
