<br />City Council Meeting Minutes of December 27, 1995 <br /> <br />Councilmember Brenner commented that a copy of Article 23 should be sent to all <br />committee members. <br /> <br />MOTION by Helmbrecht, second by Powers-Rasmussen to adopt the personnel policy <br />with the above noted changes. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION by Helmbrecht, second by Powers-Rasmussen to rescind ordinance 22-B. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Once the personnel policy is corrected, staff is to provide a copy to all employees. <br /> <br />RECESS at 8:34 p.m. <br /> <br />RECONVENED at 8:45 p.m. <br /> <br />HOURS OF CITY HALL <br /> <br />MOTION by Helmbrecht, second by Powers-Rasmussen to change city hall hours to 8:00 <br />a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Motion was not voted on, did not pass. <br /> <br />MOTION by Helmbrecht, second by Powers-Rasmussen to change city hall hours to 8:00 <br />a.m. - 12:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and by appointment. And as long as staff is <br />available at city hall that it remain open to the public. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Staff is to post on reader board, next newsletter and message machine. <br /> <br />ADULT ORDINANCE <br /> <br />Powers-Rasmussen asked if the ordinance would apply to all bars. Yes. Powers- <br />Rasmussen also questioned the hours of operation on page 5. Because of Waterworks' <br />current entertainment would it all be grandfathered in or does the city still control the <br />hours they can conduct that type of business - need to clarify with the city attorney. <br /> <br />Change page 4 (c) by adding "clothed or unclothed" to the last sentence. <br /> <br />MOTION by Helmbrecht, second by Brenner to adopt the Adult Ordinance (Number 61) <br />contingent upon clarification of hours from the city attorney and to have staff notify the <br />businesses affected. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION by Buckbee, second by Helmbrecht to approve amendment to Ordinance 4, <br />Table A and Article 7 - Definitions. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />NORmERN FOREST PRODUCTS LANDSCAPING PLAN <br /> <br />This plan is to get a rough cost estimate of the landscaping to establish an appropriate <br />escrow amount. <br /> <br />CC12-27M.WPS <br /> <br />7 <br />
