<br />City Council October 25, 1995 Meeting Minutes <br /> <br />that they will be charged to correct it and to include the letter with the building permit and <br />when the city is aware of a new home owner. Also to include Acorn Creek One and any <br />new development. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Nyberg will talk with the surveyor on the leniency of the grade and will have it for the next <br />council meeting. <br /> <br />MOTION by Buckbee, second by Brenner to approve the grading plan dated October 19, <br />1995 for Acorn Creek Second Addition. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION by Buckbee, second by Helmbrecht to approve the amendment to the <br />development agreement for Acorn Creek Second Addition contingent upon the city <br />attorney's approval. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION by Buckbee, second by Helmbrecht to accept the petition for local improvement <br />for the Acorn Creek Second Addition project. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION by Helmbrecht, second by Brenner to rescind the previous motion approving <br />resolutions 95-15 and 95-16. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION by Helmbrecht, second by Brenner to approve resolutions 95-17 - a resolution <br />declaring cost to be assessed and ordering preparation of proposed assessment - and <br />resolution 95-18 - a resolution for hearing on proposed assessment. (These resolutions <br />would be replacing 15 & 16) Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION by Buckbee, second by Brenner to table the Assessment Rolls until the lots on <br />Old Mill Road can be checked to see if previously assessed. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />MOTION by Brenner, second by Helmbrecht to approve resolution 95-19 - a resolution <br />approving a street name change on an unrecorded plat - renaming 74th Street in Acorn <br />Creek Second Addition to Revoir Street. Motion carried, Buckbee voted Nay. <br /> <br />ACORN CREEK TRAIL EASEMENT <br /> <br />Councilmember Helmbrecht stated once again that the east side could have a trail <br />easement once the Moore property is developed. Access will be available by the sidewalk <br />on Revoir. <br /> <br />Councilmember Buckbee stated that the Moore property is not in the MUSA and there are <br />no guarantees that Met Council will expand the city MUSA lines. <br /> <br />Mayor Wilharber stated he also was not in favor of the trail easement due to the cost and <br />liability of the bridge that would be needed. <br /> <br />CCI0-25M.WPS <br /> <br />4 <br />
