Ms. <br />Masche-Millington would like to have the Main Street walking <br />route from Mill Road to Progress road and Centerville Road from <br />Sorel Street to Westview Street cleared of snow by the City. <br /> <br />Mayor Buckbee expressed concern on where the City draws the line. <br /> <br />Mary Jo Helmbrecht, 1745 <br />Helmbrecht noted the school <br />unless hazardous. <br /> <br />Main Street, was present. Ms. <br />walking route is a one mile radius, <br /> <br />Council member Wilharber noted <br />and feels it is very important <br />walking route. <br /> <br />he has reconsidered his opinion <br />for the children to have a safe <br /> <br />Motion <br />under <br />within <br /> <br />by Wilharber, second by Buckbee to direct City staff to <br />take the clearing of snow from the following sidewalks <br />the City of Centerville during the 1994/95 winter season: <br />the west side of Centerville Road from Westview Street <br />to Sorel Street; and <br />the north side of Main Street from Mill Road to <br />Progress Road; <br />the Sidewalk Snow Removal Policy will be reviewed <br />before the 1995/96 winter season, <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />motion <br /> <br />Ms. Helmbrecht suggested Anoka County could be approached about <br />relocating the signs along the County Road if there appears to be <br />problem. <br /> <br />Council member Helmbrecht returned to her position on the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />Bad Check Policy. <br />Dave VanBurkleo, Circle Pines/Lexington Chief of Police, was <br />present. Chief VanBurkleo explained that perhaps there has been <br />a mis-communication regarding the proposed bad check policy which <br />the centerville city Council did not adopt. Chief VanBurkleo <br />noted the proposed bad check policy is the same as the current <br />policy, except for two sections. The two sections that were <br />added are as follows: <br />
