Mr. Nyberg <br />noted the Contractor started the Main Street crossing on Monday, <br />August 8, 1994. The project is going good, however it there is a <br />delay due to rain. The Main Street crossing may be completed by <br />August 25th, weather permitting. The next crossing to be started <br />will be the Peltier Lake Drive crossing. <br /> <br />Mr. Nyberg noted there have been complaints regarding the detour <br />signage. Mr. Nyberg noted the Contractor is receptive to the <br />requested changes in the detour signage. <br /> <br />Council member Brenner noted she has received complaints <br />regarding cars being detoured down Mill Road and turning on Clear <br />Ridge and Steven Lane thinking they can get through to Main <br />Street. <br /> <br />Mr. Nyberg suggested placing pylons at the intersections of Clear <br />Ridge and Steven Lane at Mill Road. Mr. Nyberg also suggested <br />the police be requested to patrol Peltier Lake Drive regarding <br />the truck traffic, which is supposed to be traveling on the <br />County Roads. <br /> <br />Clerk/Administrator Tamara Miltz-Miller <br />would be more difficult to enforce the <br />Peltier Lake Drive and Mill Road this time <br />spring. <br /> <br />questioned whether it <br />road restrictions on <br />of year, versus in the <br /> <br />Mr. Nyberg noted the police could be a deterrent to truck <br />traffic. If this does not help, a "NO TRUCKS" sign could be <br />placed. Mr. Nyberg noted staff and resident suggestions should <br />be relayed to Al Salo, MSA Inspector. <br /> <br />Ms. Miltz-Miller questioned if the request for additional <br />lighting on "Road Closed" barriers has been addressed. <br /> <br />Mr. Nyberg noted he has relayed the request for additional <br />lighting to the contractor. <br /> <br />Council member Helmbrecht questioned if the waiver of trespass <br />for the property located near the northeast corner of Brian Drive <br />has been received. <br /> <br />Mr. Nyberg noted the City has received waiver of trespass for one <br />side or another the entire length of Clearwater Creek. The <br />contractor noted he can use one side of the creek to run the dump <br />trucks and the back hoe, so in a sense the City can get by with <br />the current easements obtained as long as there is access on at <br />least one side. Mr. Nyberg expressed it may be important to <br />receive the waiver of trespass from the northeast corner of Brian <br />Drive due to the placement of the culvert and to allow access to <br />
