Her concern <br />appeared to be the Lino Lakes police patrol going through <br />centerville. <br /> <br />Clerk/Administrator Tamara Miltz-Miller <br />Lakes was not specifically notified <br />however, the "Road Closed" signs were <br />before the project began. <br /> <br />City of Lino <br />the closing, <br />than a week <br /> <br />noted the <br />regarding <br />placed more <br /> <br />Council member Brenner suggested the school be notified. <br /> <br />a. Drainage Complaint. <br />Council member Dario noted he received <br />resident about the northeast section of <br />Avenue. The complaint was concerning <br />drainage ditch. <br /> <br />a complaint from a <br />Main Street and Shad <br />two feet of water in the <br /> <br />Clerk/Administrator Tamara Miltz-Miller noted the drainage area <br />appears to be within the Anoka County street right-of-way area. <br />If so, this would be the responsibility of Anoka County and staff <br />will refer the complaint to Anoka County. <br /> <br />Mr. Nyberg noted the County is cleaning and re-setting the <br />culverts along Main Street. The problem may be solved after the <br />County completes their work. <br /> <br />b. Number of Years for Assessment. <br />Clerk/Administrator Tamara Miltz-Miller advised the City Council <br />that the Flood Plain Bond period was setup for a ten year term. <br />The City is currently three years into the bond repayment period. <br />The City in the past has followed the bond repayment schedule for <br />the length of assessments. Ms. Miltz-Miller noted staff is <br />looking for direction regarding the repayment period for the <br />Flood Plain Assessment. <br /> <br />Motion by Helmbrecht, second by Dario to have the Flood Plain <br />Reduction Assessment repayment schedule spread over a seven year <br />period, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />c. Interest charged as of October 1, 1994. <br />Clerk/Administrator Tamara Miltz-Miller advised the City Council <br />that typically the interest on assessments begins thirty days <br />after the adoption of the assessment roll. The Flood Plain <br />project is unique due to the fact that the City Council adopted <br />the assessment roll in April, but the project was not ordered <br />until July. Ms. Miltz-Miller presented the City Council with a <br />letter drafted August 10, 1994 to the property owners regarding <br />
