It was noted the trail easement <br />is not recorded against the Acorn Creek final plat on file with <br />the Anoka County Recorder's office. A copy of this letter is on <br />file with the Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />Council member Brenner expressed the City does not have enough <br />checks and balances with regard to development improvements. <br /> <br />Mr. Nyberg will update the City Council regarding the trail <br />easement. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Acorn Creek - Second Addition - Preliminary Plat. <br />Gerald Rehbein, Developer, was present. Mr. Rehbein noted he <br />would like to install the utilities in the north half of Acorn <br />Creek Development before the ground freezes. Mr. Rehbein <br />requested a change order to his Acorn Creek First ~d~ition <br />contract to place the utilities in Acorn Creek Second Addltlon. <br /> <br />The City Council reviewed a letter dated October 13, 1994 <br />regarding the Acorn Creek II Preliminary Plat. A copy of this <br />letter is on file with the Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />It was noted in a letter dated September 22, 1994 from Dave <br />Nyberg, MSA Consulting Engineer, that the preliminary plat has <br />not been revised as recommended in the letter dated October 13, <br />1994. A copy of this letter is on file with the <br />Clerk/Administrator. <br /> <br />Motion by Buckbee, second by Dario to direct City staff to <br />prepare an Improvement Checklist for Acorn Creek Second Addition: <br />and to investigate the possibility of a Change Order to <br />Acorn Creek First Addition for the extension of <br />utilities to facilitate the Acorn Creek Second <br />Addition, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS: <br /> <br />Centennial School District Bond Issue Update. <br />Council member Helmbrecht updated the City Council regarding the <br />a proposed bond issue for November, ~995. She noted.al~ the <br />schools within the district have been vlslted and the prlnclpals <br />of each of the schools has submitted a list of suggested <br />improvements. The School Board decides which items are capital <br />
