Recyclinq Coordinator. <br />Randy Hagerty, Recycling Coordinator, appeared before the city <br />Council to update them regarding the SCORE reimbursement for Lake <br />Sanitation. Mr. Hagerty noted there does not appear to be a <br />requirement to reimburse Lake Sanitation $2.00 for recycling <br />rebate with SCORE funding. Mr. Hagerty noted however, that the <br />market value for recyclable has dropped. <br /> <br />Walter Neumann, 1989 South Robin Lane, was present and made <br />comment regarding the $2.00 rebate for recycling. <br />
