Council <br />member Wilharber noted that the property owner is cutting the <br />ditch area. The project has been approved by the City Council <br />per the recommendation of the City Engineer and the final payment <br />for the project has been made. <br /> <br />Greg Stonehouse, City Engineer, noted that he viewed the ditch <br />with Dave Thompson prior to the City approving the final payment <br />to the contractor. Mr. Stonehouse noted that the water appeared <br />to be flowing properly and turf appeared to be established. <br /> <br />Council member Wilharber noted the other properties appear to be <br />maintaining the ditch area without problems. <br /> <br />The City Council acknowledge the receipt of the complaint of 1721 <br />Center Street regarding a drainage concern. <br /> <br />7173 GranQe View - Seal Coat AQQreaate. <br />The City Council reviewed a complaint from the resident at 7173 <br />Grange View regarding the seal coat aggregate clean up being done <br />poorly. <br /> <br />A copy of this complaint is attached to and made a part of these <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Greg Stonehouse, City Engineer, reviewed a letter dated September <br />15, 1993 regarding the 1993 seal coat aggregate citizen concerns. <br /> <br />A copy of this letter is attached to and made a part of these <br />minutes. <br /> <br />Council member Helmbrecht noted that both residents who have <br />registered complaints regarding the 1993 seal coat aggregate live <br />on cul-de-sacs. Council member Helmbrecht noted there may be <br />less traffic on cul-de-sacs, and perhaps they are more difficult <br />
