<br />City Council Meeting Minutes <br />Page Seven <br />August 12, 1987 <br /> <br />-that Parent Construction petition to the City for water to <br />be received by the City Clerk within two weeks, <br />-Parent Construction and Jerry Parent waive all rights to <br />appeal the water system or assessment of that system for an <br />amount up to $2,500, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />City Clerk will contact Harstad Companies and request a petition <br />for water from them within two weeks. <br /> <br />Motion by Laska, second by Nuemann to approve the final plat of <br />the L'Allier Estates II development, contingent upon review and <br />approval of the correct abstract of the property by the City <br />Attorney, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, second by Fritchie to hold a special meeting <br />August 19, 1987 to review possible financing for City <br />improvements projects, such as water; City Attorney, City <br />Accountant, City Engineer, and a Financial Consultant will be <br />asked to be in attendance for this meeting, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Frltchie~ aecond by Wilharber to table Metropolitan <br />Council, Joint City Planner, Odor at 1540 Peltier Lake Drive <br />under Old Business; table Comparable Worth, Extended Hours of the <br />City Hall, Mileage reimbursement, and solid waste representative <br />under New Business, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, second by Wilharber to direct City Clerk to <br />advise Don Opp 1554 Holly Drive, RR1, Hugo that he is responsible <br />for any Attorney or Engineering fees that the City will incur <br />with regard to the verification of legal descriptions of his <br />recent lot splits, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Wilharber per direction of City <br />Attorney to adapt Resolution #87-21 that all legal descriptions <br />for lot splits be checked by the City Engineer before the City <br />Clerk will verify the lot split for recording at Anoka County; <br />that all costs incurred by the City Engineer or the City Attorney <br />with regard to the checking of the legal descriptions be the <br />responsibility of the benefiting property owner; the benefiting <br />property owner will pay all monies due before verification by the <br />City Clerk for recording purposes at Anoka County, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Wilharber to not include Chapter <br />1305.6905, Special Fire Suppression Systems, or Chapter 1310, <br />Building Security in Ordinance #4-B, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />
