<br />CC Meeting Minutes <br />Page Four <br />June 10, 1987 <br /> <br />Council member Laska retracted the motion to grant a Special Use <br />Permit to Keith Kruger, 6719 Centerville Road for auto repair. <br />Council member Fritchie retracted the second. <br /> <br />Floyd Kruger, father of Keith Kruger, stated that the building <br />would be used for storage of items such as a boat and a <br />recreation vehicle even if the the special use permit were not <br />granted. <br /> <br />Motion by Laska, second by Fritchie to grant a variance to <br />Ordinance #4 to Keith Kruger, 6719 Centerville Road to erect a <br />building with an average height from the top of the sidewall to <br />the peak of 15 1/2 feet for use as storage, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Clerk will put the issue of the special use permit for Keith <br />Kruger on the next Planning and Zoning agenda. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Neumann to put the L'Allier <br />Estates project on hold until all costs incurred by the City of <br />Centerville for that project and the $10,000.00 escrow for the <br />beginning of the plans and specifications for the project are <br />received, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Clerk will write letter to Gerry Parent of Parent Construction to <br />notify him of this and that all bills to the City of Centerville <br />must be paid within 30 days. <br /> <br />No action will be taken on the recommended street names for <br />L'Allier Estates II by the street naming committee until the City <br />of Centerville receives a response from Mr. Parent. <br /> <br />The bids for skin patching for the roads proposed for sealcoating <br />are: <br /> <br />Munn Blacktop <br />H&S Asphalt <br />Valley Paving <br /> <br />$15,067.00 <br />12,045.00 <br />10,772.50 <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Fritchie to have all of the fill <br />from the road reconstruction given to Russ Almendinger, 1305 <br />Mound Trial for the Centerville Tree Farm, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Clerk will request a letter from Mr. Almendinger stating that he <br />does want all the fill and will incur all responsibility for that <br />fill. Clerk will also check with Building Inspector to see if a <br />fill permit is needed. <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Neumann to designate the second <br />
