<br />CC Meeting Minutes <br />Page Five <br />June 10, 1987 <br /> <br />choice for the placement of the fill to be the Cedar Street Park <br />which is owned by the City of Centerville if that property is not <br />in a flood plain, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Laska to accept the skin patching <br />bid from Valley Pa~ing for $10,772.50, motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Appearance of Michael Dunne, 6907 Tourville Circle to reqest <br />extension of the existing 12 inch culvert that is in the the back <br />of his property, he is willing to pay for all materials and <br />labor. <br /> <br />Motion by Neumann, second by Fritchie to request that Maier, <br />Stewart and Associates, Inc. look at the feasibility of extending <br />the culvert on 6907 Tourville Circle, all expenses from the City <br />Engineer regarding this matter are to be paid by Michael Dunne, <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Clerk advised that a letter was given to all residents who have <br />something in the setbacks that would have to be removed for the <br />road reconstruction project. The letter was distributed by a <br />representative of Maier, Stewart and Associates, Inc. who also <br />made the determination as to what items had to be removed. <br /> <br />Motion by Fritchie, second by Neumann to accept the decision made <br />by the joint parties who attended the Lino LakesjCenterville <br />drainage problem meeting; 2,600 feet to be cleaned, $10,000.00 <br />estimated cost to be split four ways: Rice Creek Watershed, <br />Anoka County Park Department, Lino Lakes, and Centerville, motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Discussion of Sorel Street extension. City Attorney advised that <br />vacating the street would landlock the Kevin Mullins property as <br />the land underneath the street would revert to the abutting <br />property owners. Clerk will contact Bob LaMotte to see if it <br />would be possible to obtain land for a driveway for the Mullins's <br />from his property. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Motion by Robischon, second by Fritchie to table the complaint <br />letter from Larry Brakke until the June 24, 1987 meeting so that <br />a representative from L&G Rehbein could be present to answer to <br />the letter, motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Discussion of resurfacing tennis court. Clerk advised that <br />Action Courts has not responded as of yet and that she can not <br />
