<br />1~)2 <br /> <br />Clerk informed council all meetings will commence at <br />7:00 pm until further notice. <br /> <br />Mr. Arthur Raudio of First Guaranty Corporation <br />appeared before council requesting the Center Oaks development <br />being included in the Centerville sewer service area. John <br />Peterson made a motion to include the Center Oaks development <br />plat in the Centerville sewer service area and have the clerk <br />submit a revised sewer service area plan to include Center <br />Oaks to the Metropolitan Council for approval including <br />provisions for phasing 60 acres of the total acres served <br />by 1983 as follows, 290 total acres to be serviced ,in 1977, <br />300 in 1978, 310 in 1979, 320 in 1980, 330 in 1981, 340 in <br />1982 and the total of 350 acres shall be allowed to be serviced <br />in 1983, Elmer Murray seconded it, motion carried. The <br />discussion centered around probable way of servicing the <br />easterly 20 acres of the development with the options being <br />deepening the Centerville trunk an additional 16' or pro- <br />viding lift sta tion wi thin the development and main.taining <br />the original depth in the Centerville trunk. <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />Vern Peloquin appeared before Council with a proposal <br />to change a.15' easement to a 60' street right of way in Sub- <br />division #47 Revised. <br /> <br />Clerk read proposed 1977 fire contract with Lino Lakes <br />including an increase in cost to Lino of $802.39. Fran"!"Burque <br />made a motion to submit the 1977 fire contract to Lino Lakes <br />with cost increase, Leon L'Allier seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Clerk read the following checks to be paid: #2701-2734. <br />Elmer Murray made a motion to pay bills, Fran Burque seconded <br />it, motion carried. Deposits of $733.35 were made during <br />month le~ying a balance of $6,342.32 as of this date. <br /> <br />Elmer Murray made a motion to adjourn meeting, John Peterson <br />seconded it, motion carried. Mayor Prachar called the meeting to order <br />at 7:00 pm. Present: Burque, L'Allier, Murray and Peterson. <br />The 1977 budget for the City as discussed.
