<br />158 <br /> <br />Tract C: That certain part of Lot 14 in Auditor's Sub- <br />division No. 46 Revised, and being a part of Government Lot 5 <br />in Section 15, Township 31, Range 22, described as follows, <br />to-wit: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 14; <br />thence North 89 degrees, 10 minutes, 08 seconds east along <br />the North line thereof for 321 feet; thence South 0 degrees, <br />26 minutes, 43 seconds east parallel with the west line of <br />Lot 14 for 715 feet to the actual point of beginning of the <br />tract hereby described; thence South 89 degrees, 10 minutes, <br />08 seconds west for 93 feet; thence North 0 degrees, 26 minutes <br />43 seconds west parallel with the west line of said Lot 14 for <br />117.20 feet to the southerly line of County of Anoka (Park); <br />thence North 62 degrees, 02 minutes, 45 seconds east along <br />said Park line for 104.85 feet; thence south 0 degrees, 26 <br />minutes, 43 seconds east for 165 feet to the point of begin- <br />ning. <br /> <br />John Peterson made a motion to grant Mrs. LeRoux a variance <br />on city"s ordinance #15, Section 6, paragraph 10 on the property <br />legal description above, Fran Burque seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Mrs. LeRoux also requested a variance on the legal as follows: <br /> <br />The west 100 feet of the east 225 feet of Lot 14, Auditor's <br />Subdivision No. 46, Anoka County, Minnesota being a part of <br />Government Lot 5 in Section 15, Township 31, Range 22, lying <br />southerly of the southerly line of County of Anoka (Park) property, <br />said line being more fully described as follows: Commencing at <br />a point on the east line of said Lot 14 distant 373.17 feet south <br />from the Northeast corner of said Lot 14, said east line having <br />an assumed bearing of south 0 degrees, 21 minutes, 37 seconds <br />east; thence south 79 degrees, a) minutes, 22 seconds west along <br />said southerly line of park property a distance of 1007.11 feet <br />and there terminating. Subject to road easements, if any. Variance <br />is requested in the matter of proposed lot due to the fact a plat <br />would not be feasible. Fran Burque made a motion to grant Mrs. <br />LeRoux a variance on city's ordinance #15, Section 6, paragraph <br />10 on the property legal description above, John Peterson seconded <br />it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Load limits on streets will be taken off as of May 13th, 1976. <br /> <br />Clerk has received letter from the American Red Cross con- <br />cerning their request of funds to purchase two radio-dispatched <br />vehicles to operate in Anoka County providing transportation for <br />ambulatory persons without the resource to use public or paid <br />transportation. Clerk read the attached Resolution #7-76 sup- <br />porting their request. John Peterson made a motion to adopt <br />Resolution, Elmer Murray seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Discussion was held on the Centerville Emergency Plan. Leon <br />made a motion to approve the Centerville Emergency Plan, John <br />Peterson seconded it, motion carried. <br />
