Clerk advised council <br />of letter received advising Centerville that the City would be <br />reimbursed 37% or $3,626.00 on the sanitation costs and 48% or <br />$240. on the city's reforestation costs. <br /> <br />The following easement was submitted for approval on the sewer <br />line construction: Jeffrey Nottum, 7238 Main Street - $40.00. <br />Leon L'Al1ier made a motion to approve easement settlement, <br />Fran Burque seconded it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Clerk read the following checks to be paid from the City of <br />Centerville Sanitary Improvement Fund account: #2100-2108. <br />#2105 is issued to C. W. Houle Landscaping and the estimate <br />request of 7% withheld was changed to 10% withheld. <br />Elmer Murray made a motion to pay bills, Leon L'Al1ier seconded <br />it, motion carried. <br /> <br />Clerk read the following checks to be paid from the City of <br />Centervi1le General Fund accounts #3039-3064. Fran Burque <br />made a motion to pay bills, Leon L'Allier seconded it, motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Fran Burque made a motion to adjourn meeting, Leon L'Allier <br />seconded it, motion carried.
