City Council Meeting Minutes December 23, 1991 page two to authorize the Clerk/Administrator and Mayor Buckbee to enter into an agreement with Mr. Almendinger or a licensed contractor to correct the drainage IIhumpll for a cost not to exceed $1,000.00 in the drainage easement area in the north boundary of the Center Oaks I Development; The Clerk/Administrator will consult with Russell Almendinger and Dan Tourville with regard to their determination of what works needs to be done to correct the "hump"; To authorize the Clerk/Administrator to mail notice to the property owners regarding the work to be completed on the "hump"; The letter shall advise that the "hump" will be viewed as a temporary solution and that permanent and comprehensive solution to the problems will be addressed Spring 1992; The letter shall also summarize briefly the results of the sewer maintenance survey sent to the residents on Lots 1 through 12, Block 1, Center Oaks I Development, motion carried unanimously. Drainaae Concern - 7082 Proaress Road It was noted that John Stewart, the City Head Engineer, had reviewed the survey supplied to the City by Paul and Peggy Anderson and a letter written by Gunner Pettersen, Building Inspector, dated XXXX xx, 1991 regarding the elevations on Lots 12 and the north, half of Lot 11, Block 2, City of Centerville, known as 7082 Progress Road. The letter advises that the City said that the survey and the letter by Gunnar Pettersen, Building Inspector do coincide. It was noted that the back patio slab on the property appears to be ten inches above street level. The City Council expressed concern on how to situations in the future. avoid such Motion by Burgstahler, second by Pelton to direct City Staff to obtain information from Birchwood and Mahtomedi with regard to how they handle development of individual lots with regards to drainage, motion carried unanimously. Motion by Burgstahler, second by Pelton to authorize City Staff to work with the property owner of Lot 12, and the north half of Lot 11, Block 2, known as 7082 Progress Road to develop a plan regarding the drainage of the lot that the City Council will review;
