<br />City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />January 8, 2003 <br /> <br />Council Member Capra asked if the website could be added to the week in review. Ms. <br />Moore-Sykes stated it could. <br /> <br />It was noted that City Attorney needed to be added to the Contracted Services list. <br /> <br />Mr. Palzer noted that the Mayor needs to assign a building official by law. Mayor <br />Sweeney appointed Mr. Palzer as building official. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Paar. seconded bv Council Member Lee to accept the <br />Appointments with additions and amendments as discussed. All in favor. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Council Member Lee asked why there was not a Resolution #03-002 on the agenda. The <br />City Clerk indicated 002 was reserved for fees. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Capra. seconded bv Council Member Broussard <br />Vickers to direct staff to draft a letter to be sent to all committee members <br />concernine: their representation to the public. includinl! that committee names <br />should not be put on personal presentations. All aves. Motion carried. <br /> <br />5. Timesaver's Off Site Secretarial Service Agreement - 2003 <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard-Vickers asked if the City Attorney had reviewed the <br />agreement. City Attorney Hoeft indicated he had briefly reviewed. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard-Vickers noted there was a 3 percent increase over last year. <br />She commented on the wonderful service provided by Timesaver's throughout the year. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Broussard Vickers. seconded bv Council Member <br />Capra to approve the TimeSaver's Off Site Secretarial Service Al!reement for 2003. <br />All aves. Motion carried. <br /> <br />6. Anoka County Residential Recycling Program Agreement - 2003 <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Lee. second bv Council Member Paar to accept the <br />Anoka County Residential Recvclinl! Prol!ram Al!reement for 2003 as presented. <br />All aves. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />9. Resolution #03-006 - Amending Res. #02-060 - Vacation of Goiffon Road <br /> <br />This resolution is to clarify the language of the previous resolution. It was the intent of <br />Council to vacate a small section of the road, while the previous resolution vacated the <br />entire road. <br /> <br />Page 14 of20 <br />
