She stated the County Road 14 plans for 2006 would require some
Centerville funds. Council Member Broussard-Vickers stated that may not take place in
2006.

Council Member Capra stated that she has been told MN-DOT will be more
accommodating if a City has a plan rather than those cities that just say they do not want
the road.

. A four page newsletter to residents.
. Look at a folding machine for utility bills, which are currently handled by
staff. Parks and Recreation

Council Member Lee stated he feels the need for a community center is great. The
children in the community are getting older and they need guidance. He added that
growing up the community center in his area was the safe haven, where everyone could
play constructively. He indicated it is very cost effective when you consider police hours
and bored teenagers. He thought the Lion's had money available.

. Dredging ponds
. Trail completions, finishing the loop

Council Member Capra stated that Mr. LaBlanc had spoken with Father Fitzgerald and he
had suggested running the trail by the lake.

Council Member Paar stated that his areas of focus would be:

Page 18 of20
