Ms. Bender indicated she did not. <br /> <br />Ms. Moore-Sykes indicated she was responsible, as the staff planner for another city, for <br />using the findings of filet form to provide information to the Planning Commission and is <br />willing to do that for Centerville. <br /> <br />Council Member Nelson said she wanted to make the motion as a directive and she feels <br />strongly about it. She then commented that there had been discussion at the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission meeting concerning the granting ofvariances that concerned her. <br /> <br />Council Member Capra suggested a :friendly amendment to include the statutory <br />conditions as suggested by City Attomey Hoeft and to require that the findings of fact <br />form be used by Staff and the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Aves - 2. MotioD fai". <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers asked Staff to bring back the findings of filet form <br />for Council approval. <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers reported the Planning and Zoning Cotrmli~n had <br />discussed the Committee's role in the City with the realization that the parks are built out <br />and the Committee will need to shift into ma.intenance mode.
