<br />CJ <br /> <br />Special meeting on April 24, 1963 at 7:00 p.m.was called. <br />Those present were: Francis Burque-Mayor, John Peterson-Councilman, <br />Ted Bourquin"Village ,Qlerk, Cecil La Mott~-Councilman, Melvin <br />Dupre-Councilman. <br /> <br />Topic of Business: <br /> <br />1. Ditch dranage on Lawler and Peterson Land <br />2. Road repaired on Peltier Lake Drive~2(Cemetary Road) <br /> <br />Discussion: It was discussed that the trenoh would be from the road, <br />(Peltier Lake Drive)#2 to a drpp off, west to the creek. A twenty- <br />four inch, culv~rt across the road. There would be a dranage of water <br />on the east si4.e of the road to the culvert. It was a two to one <br />slope, of four feet deep, twenty foot top, approximately twenty to <br />twenty-five rods. <br /> <br />Councilman Peterson will contact John Russell on Estimate of <br />diCging.
