City of Centerville Council Meeting Minutes October 12, 2005 Council Member Paar stated Centerville is the most affected City of the project. He added he is in favor of the project but feels it will be redone in the future. Ms. Sivgarajah stated the scope of the project has changed drastically and it will impact the City; however, benefits include cost savings on items such as water and sewer. She added the MOD needs to be signed in order to start the final design. VL PUBLIC HEARINGS 1.
